The Manual Grid bender is a smaller machine in comparison to the Automatic Grid Bender but is still capable of producing single and double knife grid bars of the same length and precision.  Producing bent grid bars is simple and fast using the Grid Bar Data Sheets produced by the BSI Tool Designer Software.  Grid bar lengths are compensated for the amount of stretch caused by each bend.  This eliminates the need for trimming the grid bars to final length once the bending process is complete.  When using the BSI Grid Bender along with the Digital Saw Stop, production time reductions of around 60-75% are commonly experienced.

Each Manual Grid Bender is capable of bending grid material in widths ranging from 2mm - 6mm and comes with (2) sets of bending dies per the customers choice.
