Return and Refund Policy

Most items can be returned for a full refund within 2 weeks of shipment. Customers must contact BSI to obtain an RMA (Returned Material Authorization) prior to returning the goods. All returned goods must be shipped in their original product packaging and must arrive in “as new” condition in order to avoid possible charges. Credits for qualifying returns will come in the form of a check or credit memo depending on the form of the initial payment and other considerations.
