The BSI Receiver System was designed to allow you to quickly and easily move lower blanking tools from one size machine to another. This is accomplished without having to make modifications to the tooling or the machine.  This flexibility helps minimize scheduling headaches while increasing work flow.

  Installing and removing the receiver rails in the press is accomplished quickly and easily, allowing you to use existing conventional tooling along side tooling designed for use with the receiver system.

  A built in micro adjustment feature allows you to adjust the position of the lower tooling fore and aft as much as 3mm in each direction.  This feature is utilized when it is necessary to compensate for misalignment of the gripper bar or pull out frame or when adjustments need to be made when running a press at higher speeds.

  All receiver rail components are comprised of nickel plated high carbon steel for maximum strength and corrosion resistance.  The use of steel receiver rails gives the lower tool increased rigidity during operation while retaining the weight reduction benefits of aluminum in the main frame construction.
